Montana Local Food Choice Act

Our home bakery is compliant under the Montana Local Food Choice Act of 2021. We provide transparency to our customers that our products are made in our home. Our kitchen and equipment is not inspected or regulated, and our packaging and handling is not regulated either.

Our items for Markets and Community Events are non-refrigerated items and these items do not include ingredients that fall under or need safe food temperature control.
